To extract the entire audio:

Rip Blu-ray to Audio: Step 1 > Run DVDFab 11, choose the Ripper module and load the source.

Rip Blu-ray to Audio: Step 2 > Navigate to the profile library on the top left corner of the main interface and go to Format > Audio, and then choose an audio format you want. Here I take FLAC as an example.

To extract part of the audio:

Rip Blu-ray to Audio: Step 1 > Run DVDFab 10, choose the Ripper module and load the source.

Rip Blu-ray to Audio: Step 2 > After the source is loaded in, the longest title, namely the main movie, will be selected by default. But here you can choose other titles. Then navigate to the profile library on the top left corner of the main interface and choose a video format randomly. Click the “Editor” icon to go into the editing panel and choose the “Trim” tab. Here you can drag the start tab and end tab to decide the length of the video, which in fact is the length of the output audio. After you finish the work, click "OK" button.

Rip Blu-ray to Audio: Step 3 > Go to the profile library again and choose the audio format you want.

Rip Blu-ray to Audio: Step 4 > Then you can choose the audio track, define the names of titles and do advanced settings.
